People Systems, Analytics, and AI Manager

Role Overview:

• This individual contributor role owns HR systems, People analytics, and AI tooling, reporting to the Director of People Programs.
• You will partner with People Ops, Finance, and business leaders to turn data into action.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HRIS, applicant tracking, performance, compensation, and learning platforms with attention to data integrity and security.
• Build reports, dashboards, and analytics on headcount, hiring, retention, engagement, and compensation.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and create clear data stories for leaders.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of HR systems or People analytics experience in a high-growth environment.
• Expert-level HRIS knowledge, strong SQL/BI skills, and fluency with AI tooling.
• Strong communication, data privacy judgment, and project management skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary ranges from $103,600 to $167,530 depending on geographic zone, plus RSUs.
