Sprinto is seeking a passionate and data-obsessed people process champion to accelerate growth. This role leads Analytics and Global Employee Lifecycle Management, focusing on scalability and data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include Employee Lifecycle Management, People Analytics, and Process Optimization and Compliance.

You will support the People team in designing robust strategic projects and developing data analysis that helps us be more assertive and data-driven, by maintaining dashboards, managing data processes, automating reports, collaborating with various teams, and conducting in-depth data analysis.

Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute talent strategies that drive performance and engagement. Support performance calibration processes and coach people leaders to effectively manage performance. Lead key culture and engagement programs and advocate for Superside’s values.
