In this role, you’ll be responsible for contributing to team design and resource management, charged with maximizing Huge’s utilization across the network, and enabling employees to do the best work of their careers. You will collaborate with global leadership, craft and portfolio leads, and project managers across Huge’s global footprint to manage and report on staff utilization, and match talent to work.
In this role, you will analyze and interpret people data to provide insights that drive HR strategy and decision-making. You will collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights. Use data visualization tools to create reports that communicate key insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and metrics to track workforce trends and performance indicators.
