In this role your main accountabilities will include: Manages employees and mid-level managers designing, implementing and administering employee relations processes, including Employee Opinion Survey, the Employee Engagement and Work Environment Assessment models and Collective Bargaining.
Partner closely with Finance, Legal, and CBO functions to drive company strategy, reporting to the Global Head of HR Business Partners. Make impactful contributions on both a hands-on and strategic level, while building an environment where everyone feels welcome and part of a team. Work with the business to align people and strategy as Lime scales its business and continues to drive its mission.
