Shape and deliver programs that connect directly to Seismic's business strategy. You’ll lead a small, agile team while also rolling up your sleeves to get the work done. You’ll partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive key moments in the employee lifecycle—from onboarding and manager development to engagement and performance management.

This role offers a mix of strategy and "hands on" work, for a passionate person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who takes pride in their relationship building and facilitation skills. In this role your main accountabilities will include: Manages employees and mid-level managers designing, implementing and administering employee relations processes, including Employee Opinion Survey, the Employee Engagement and Work Environment Assessment models and Collective Bargaining.
