Job Description
In this role, you’ll shape and deliver programs that connect directly to their business strategy. You’ll lead a small, agile team while also rolling up your sleeves to get the work done. You’ll partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive key moments in the employee lifecycle—from onboarding and manager development to engagement and performance management. Design and lead our employee development strategy. Evolve and scale programs that support employee development—including, but not limited to performance management, employee onboarding, employee engagement , manager development. Partner with business and HR leaders to align talent programs with company priorities. Champion the use of tech-forward tools & AI to enhance learning and enablement experiences. Lead, coach, and develop a small, high-impact team.
