FiltersGiveDirectly is seeking an experienced, business-oriented Head of People to design and run the human systems that power our mission, connecting talent to organizational performance in a global, distributed, and exceptionally lean context. The Head of People will act as both architect and hands-on operator across talent acquisition, org design, leadership development, performance, rewards, HR operations, and employee relations.
This position will be responsible for global payroll and benefits program administration. Responsibilities include PEO Transition, Payroll Administration, Benefits Administration, Compliance and Reporting and General HR Support. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of accounting or finance experience, including payroll and benefits administration with proven expertise in both US and international contexts.
You’ll be an integral part of almost all elements of the people lifecycle. We’ll rely on you to own the end-to-end people lifecycle, drive performance, design progression models, and design reward structures. Partner with Finance to ensure accurate payroll across all jurisdictions and on share option schemes. Lead on evaluating and implementing tools, using AI and automation to streamline what doesn’t need human touch.
