One of the regional leaders in the company’s global compensation and benefits (C&B) team, responsible for the Americas region (USA, Canada, México, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Perú, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Panamá, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Chile, Argentina, and Uruguay), leads strategy and implementation of C&B initiatives, manages the regional C&B team, and provides support and expertise.

This is an individual contributor role for a Workday Pro Consultant - Compensation. The consultant will be responsible for building, integrating, and maintaining an employee-centric HRIS platform, focusing on efficient and user-friendly HRIS touchpoints within a global start-up environment, and supporting annual and off-cycle compensation processes.
