Stock Plan Administrator

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stock Plan Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the administration of our equity compensation programs, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all processes related to stock options and employee stock purchase plans. Reporting to the Senior Stock Administrator you will be responsible for: Assisting in the administration of Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grants, releases, and transactions in connection with the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), ensuring timely and accurate processing. Collaborating with finance and HR teams to maintain accurate records of stock plan participants and their holdings. Supporting the corporate legal team as needed. Preparing reports and documentation for internal audits and regulatory compliance under guidance. Responding to employee inquiries regarding stock options and equity compensation plans with clear, helpful information.
