Job Description
The Director, Global Total Rewards will lead the development and implementation of our global rewards strategy, ensuring competitive and equitable pay and benefits practices that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This role will be pivotal in designing and managing base pay, bonus benefits and recognition programs that align with our business objectives and support our global workforce.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing global compensation philosophy and practices, designing and managing compensation programs, overseeing benefits strategy and benchmarking, leading the annual compensation review process, ensuring compliance and reporting, and collaborating with HR and business leaders. The ideal candidate will have a bachelorβs degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field, 10+ years of compensation experience, proven success in global compensation strategy, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and deep knowledge of global compensation standards.
