Our People & Culture Team is looking for an experienced bi-lingual HRBP to help shape the future of our remote-first, global organization. This role blends strategic HR leadership with Operations to align with business goals while fostering a positive employee experience. The HRBP will leverage HR best practices, organizational development, employee relations, and growth initiatives.
You’ll be an integral part of almost all elements of the people lifecycle. We’ll rely on you to own the end-to-end people lifecycle, drive performance, design progression models, and design reward structures. Partner with Finance to ensure accurate payroll across all jurisdictions and on share option schemes. Lead on evaluating and implementing tools, using AI and automation to streamline what doesn’t need human touch.
This role will establish scalable People systems and processes that support rapid organizational expansion while maintaining a strong employee-centered culture. Combining strategic vision with operational excellence and a hands-on approach, this leader will drive workflow efficiency and support the creation, implementation, and communication of policies and procedures across the People Ops function.
