As a People Lead, you’ll report to the Head of People and play a key role in guiding, building and executing our HR and talent strategy. Reporting to the Director of Employee Experience & Belonging, you will be responsible for managing program operations, analyzing people data and metrics, and supporting initiatives that foster an inclusive and equitable workplace. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, project management, and strong data analysis skills to ensure belonging efforts are measurable and impactful.
This role will lead Alma’s Compensation, Benefits, HR Compliance, HRIS & Analytics, and overall People Operations functions. As a key member of both the HR Leadership Team and Alma’s Senior Leadership Team, the VP will ensure that our people processes, rewards programs, and compliance strategies scale effectively as we grow, overseeing a team and shaping it as needed to support Alma’s expansion.
