Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Head of Talent & People Ops to drive the growth and development of Rollstack's team. You will own and scale the entire recruiting process across all functions, including Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM. Responsibilities include designing and managing structured interview processes, building a repeatable hiring engine, and partnering with the leadership team on headcount planning, compensation strategy, and team org design.
You will also lead People Ops initiatives such as onboarding, performance frameworks, remote culture, and compliance, and manage the HR tech stack. This role requires experience in talent recruiting or people leadership at high-growth startups, with a track record of hiring exceptional engineers and GTM talent. Ultimately, this individual will serve as a strategic thought partner on team structure, culture, and scaling challenges.
