The Senior Director, Talent Acquisition is responsible for designing and executing an industry-leading technical recruiting strategy. Provide direct leadership to the Americas-based tech recruiting team while driving global hiring strategy and alignment across one or more technical functions. Work cross-functionally with business leaders, HRBPs, and fellow TA leaders to establish best-in-class recruiting practices.

Respond to internal and external requests relating to timesheets, billing, reports, contractor information and administration within 24 hours. Onboard new WilsonCTS, MSP and CWM contractors, ensuring they understand their pay options and have all necessary documentation. Serve as a liaison between the finance team and internal/external employees for all payroll-related communications.

This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and can operate at two levels simultaneously: executing flawlessly on bulk hiring while continuously raising the bar on how we do it. You'll manage cohort-based recruitment at scale - filling dozens or hundreds of roles at once while building trust with leaders through data, insights, and consistent delivery.
