This is a 1-year contract role where you'll manage the full cycle recruiting process supporting Operations, Marketing, Finance, People Operations, Regulatory, and Commercial divisions. You will collaborate with hiring leaders, set a fast pace of hiring, while maintaining a high quality bar for the candidate and interviewer experience and help elevate the hiring culture at Wealthsimple.

As the new People Ops Specialist, you will ensure many of our People processes are friction-free, enable our people to succeed, and help the company scale. You will play an important part in making sure our onboarding is running smoothly and be the first touchpoint for questions about our policies and HR systems.
