Own semi-monthly and bi-weekly multi-state US and Canada payroll, including equity-related tasks, with a strong service orientation and timely execution.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and drive process improvements and automation within payroll operations.
Partner closely with Employee Success, Accounting, IT, and external vendors, and lead and develop a remote payroll team.
