We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Administrator to join our technology team and lead our IT infrastructure operations. This role will be responsible for managing our Google enterprise environment, ensuring security compliance, and providing comprehensive technical support while driving automation initiatives across the organization.
Own service desk operations and drive internal systems excellence. Responsible for both leading support operations and administering core business tools, continuously improving how our systems run. Troubleshoot complex issues, lead ticket flow design, standardize internal processes, and partner with automation engineers and InfoSec to evolve how IT supports the business.
As Solution Deployment Manager, you will be part of the Implementation team, playing a key role in onboarding new customers. You'll manage implementation lifecycle phases, drive project management, define platform architecture, facilitate integrations, and provide assistance for successful deployment. You will also follow customers' portfolio along their contract to increase product adoption, as well as to deliver Solutions complementary to the Product like platform audits.
