About the role:
- Provide IT support to internal end users, both remotely and on-site.
- Handle account management and hardware setup for new employees.
What we're looking for:
- 4-6 years of IT experience with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in Mac OS X, Windows, and some Linux.
- Experience with SSO and scripting in PowerShell (Python is a plus).
