About the role:
- Own the IT side of Anthropic's acquisitions: due diligence, integration planning, and execution.
- Partner with Security, Corporate Development, Legal, People, and Finance at every stage.
- Use Claude to automate repeatable parts of diligence and integration.
Responsibilities:
- Assess acquired IT environments and brief deal teams on risk and effort before close.
- Define technical integration plans: what moves, where it lands, and what must be ready on day one.
- Administer, migrate, and retire systems as needed, collaborating with other IT teams.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years as a hands-on engineer in corporate IT with migration or integration experience.
- Experience with enterprise identity platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, and SSO.
- Ability to understand unfamiliar IT environments quickly and communicate risk to non-specialists.
Nice to have:
- Prior M&A or carve-out experience.
- Experience managing device fleets or running an MDM.
- Track record of building tooling that replaces manual IT work.
