Role Responsibilities:
- Own the administration and improvement of enterprise platforms, including Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, AWS, and other core IT systems.
- Design, build, test, document, and maintain automated workflows and integrations that reduce manual work.
- Partner with IT Operations to investigate complex escalations and replace recurring issues with scalable improvements.
What You Bring:
- Eight or more years of relevant IT systems engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on administration across multiple enterprise platforms.
- Experience building automated workflows using APIs or scripting.
