Role Overview:
- Lead engineering teams owning the grid ecosystem and evolving data linking, synchronization, and infrastructure as a cohesive platform.
- Ensure architectural decisions are coherent and avoid fragmentation across dependencies.
Platform Reliability & Operations:
- Drive high standards for availability, performance, on-call health, incident response, and SLA/SLO definition.
- Manage cross-pillar dependencies and negotiate API contracts to prevent delivery bottlenecks.
What We Look For:
- 10+ years of system architecture experience and 3+ years managing software organizations with 25+ people.
- Deep experience with AWS services, NoSQL, relational databases, and globally replicated systems.
- Passion for AI adoption, agile methodologies, and building learning organizations.
