Senior Engineering Manager

About the Job:

• Lead engineering teams behind Porting, Hosting, and A2P Messaging, delivering high-value, customer-facing products.
• Champion AI-driven development practices, ensuring your team adopts LLMs and agentic tools to accelerate delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Own the delivery roadmap, partner with Principal and Staff Engineers to translate strategy into quarterly plans.
• Drive AI adoption, measure impact on velocity, and create psychological safety for experimentation.
• Take accountability for operational excellence, including system reliability, incident response, and security posture.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in management, leading teams of 10+ engineers.
• Strong hands-on background in cloud-native distributed systems and deep familiarity with AWS ecosystems.
• Proven record of shipping complex software on time, with experience in agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
