Your Opportunity:
- Lead a distributed engineering team across US and EU, bridging regional collaboration and driving engineering excellence.
- Champion a shift from reactive delivery to proactive technical ownership, establishing best practices for platform reliability.
- Architect and execute key global infrastructure expansions across FedRAMP High / IL4, India, and Australia.
What You'll Do:
- Mentor engineers and facilitate career development while fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Oversee production environments and high-severity incident responses, championing GitOps and infrastructure-as-code.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Security, and Product teams to align roadmaps and safeguard reliability.
What You Need:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with 2-4+ years of direct people management.
- Proficiency in Golang, Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices at scale.
- Experience managing production environments and coordinating on-call rotations in 24/7 SaaS environments.
