Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly consumption reporting in this Senior Financial Analyst role. You will also be responsible for the Annual and Long Range planning and budgeting process. You will independently prepare board meeting materials, Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations, and monitor finance and consumption data tables in Snowflake. Partner with cross-functional teams to provide insights into financial/operational metrics and performance.

This pivotal role involves optimizing our Workday Payroll system, integrations with third party international providers and providing technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and positively impact the user experience. This individual will collaborate with the Finance, People Operations, and HR Information Systems teams to define and execute their strategy.

Assist in developing full-stack solutions with a focus primarily on Java backend and corresponding reusable React components. Engage in the development, and enhancement of our API catalog features. Participate in cross-team collaboration on API gateway features. Develop with a focus on SOLID principles and Clean Code practices, ensuring code is maintainable, scalable, and efficient.
