Responsibilities:
- Lead a Unified Platform Strategy: Define and execute a cohesive roadmap aligning Production Engineering with Tenant Experience.
- Drive Operational Excellence & Reliability: Maintain deep accountability for production outcomes, overseeing incident management and alert efficacy.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Engineering Directors and Product Leaders to align platform investments with business priorities.
Requirements:
- Executive Engineering Leadership: Proven experience leading large, distributed engineering organizations in complex platform environments.
- Deep Production Expertise: Track record of owning critical production systems and managing incident response.
- Platform Engineering Acumen: Familiarity with large-scale distributed systems, containerized platforms, and multi-tenant SaaS deployments.
