Engineering Manager, Switchboard

Summary:

• You will lead the Switchboard team, owning the Tenant management product for Dedicated environments.
• This diverse team (Frontend, Backend, Reliability) owns the product end-to-end.
• The product enables self-service and workflow automations for customers and operators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the fullstack Switchboard team responsible for GitLab Dedicated's customer-facing control panel.
• Hire and develop a high-performing team where team members can thrive and produce results.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, and Technical Team Leads to set direction.
