Execute outbound prospecting initiatives to generate qualified meetings and pipeline in your assigned territory.
Conduct high-level discovery conversations with target accounts to understand business needs, qualify opportunities, and create Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs).
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly BDR-sourced Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) targets by consistently converting qualified prospects into opportunities.
Administer, configure, and maintain the Ironclad contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform.
Partner with Legal Operations, Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Partner Operations to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Ironclad configurations.
Design, build, and optimize end-to-end contract workflows, including sales agreements, partner agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
Define and drive product strategy for GitLab's AI Developer Tools, with a focus on command line interface (CLI) experiences and IDE extensions that fit naturally into developers' daily workflows.
Partner closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate developer needs into clear problem statements, prioritized roadmaps, and shippable increments.
Own the roadmap and execution for the CLI as a primary deliverable, making tradeoffs that balance developer experience, product quality, and iterative delivery.
Own GitLab's AI control plane end-to-end, giving organizations visibility, control, and confidence as they adopt AI across the DevSecOps lifecycle.
Focus on establishing a clear product strategy for AI Guardrails and Governance, translating customer demand into a prioritized roadmap, and delivering foundational capabilities.
Define and drive the governance model for AI across GitLab, including hierarchical policy controls, feature-level toggles, role-based access, data-handling settings, and model-selection preferences that give organizations the granularity they need.
Partner with Marketing Operations and Partner or Channel stakeholders to understand goals, pain points, and priorities across the Go-To-Market systems ecosystem.
Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and success metrics that guide technical design and implementation.
Drive change management activities that support adoption, including stakeholder communications, training support, and documentation.
Partner with our customers in taking what was established in the pre-sales command plan, and turning the customers desired positive business outcomes into actionable objectives
Know the GitLab platform, our more common best practices, and use cases in order to guide the customer
Act as the GitLab liaison for GitLab questions, issues, or escalations. Work with GitLab Support, Product Management (i.e., roadmaps), or other teams as needed
Configure, customize, and extend Zuora CPQ to support accurate quoting, subscription lifecycle management, and scalable Quote-to-Cash processes.
Design and maintain complex Zuora product catalogs and rate plan configurations, including pricing models, rules, and quote templates aligned to business needs.
Implement, optimize, and support integrations between Zuora CPQ and core systems such as Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud) using REST APIs, Apex, and related tools.
Manage Salesforce release cycles across Development, Sandbox, UAT, and Production environments, ensuring reliable, low-risk deployments.
Configure and maintain Salesforce features such as custom objects, fields, validation rules, automation, and security settings to meet evolving business needs.
Partner closely with Enterprise Applications and cross-functional stakeholders to plan, communicate, and validate releases, including impact analysis, rollback plans, and post-deployment reviews.
Develop and iterate backend features and data frameworks that make it safe and efficient to work with data at scale.
Collaborate with product management, UX, frontend, infrastructure, software delivery, and analytics teams to design and ship high-performing, reliable solutions.
Review and improve database-related changes from other engineers and external contributors to ensure data integrity, safety, and performance across diverse environments.
