As Senior Product Manager for Activation, you will be responsible for creating an engaging experience for our members. You will shape experiments and features that create ‘aha’ moments, remove perceived barriers to action, and collaborate cross-functionally integrate clinical workflows. The decisions you make will fuel growth.

Lead the development and enhancement of personalized and data driven Insurance products, requiring leadership across product development, business strategy, and customer experience. Define and drive the strategy to build competitive and innovative insurance products that address customer needs. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, implement A/B tests and other optimization strategies to improve user engagement and conversion rates.

Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for marketing analytics and BI products. Define and track KPIs and success metrics for data-driven solutions. Work closely with engineering, data science, and marketing teams to drive product development. Leverage Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for data visualization and insights.

Lead a team of product managers, designers, and engineers, driving the strategic vision, development and execution of our product offerings to create products that delight our users and drive value for merchant partners while mentoring and growing your team.

In this role, you will define, measure and track metrics to reduce false negatives (bots undetected) and false positives (incorrect detection). You will be working with world class engineers and researchers to offer customers long term efficacy against attacks on their web/mobile applications and APIs by defining product strategy for core detection, defence technology and tooling.

The Senior Product Manager will work across the LAMP and Transit Data product teams to improve data aggregation, management, and usage pertaining to the on-time performance of the transit system; improving current MVP product, defining and prioritizing enhancements, scoping product initiatives, and supporting implementation.
