Applies project management, facilitation, and organizational skills to support the successful execution of consulting and engineering projects. Project work focuses on decarbonization, through energy efficiency and building and transportation electrification. This position will also support internal initiatives of strategic importance to VEIC.

Lead AI-driven transformation, shaping enterprise-wide Data & AI strategies with a strong focus on Generative AI (GenAI). Define AI-powered banking solutions that align technology advancements with customer needs and business objectives. Guide C-Level Stakeholders through AI adoption. Drive the end-to-end development of GenAI solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Oversee project scopes, planning, and execution. Support data visualization, model development, and AI application rollouts.

Expected to solely focus on customer communication, the objective is to lay good foundations in terms of vision, product initiatives and discovery and delivery processes. Expected, in parallel of overseeing customer communication scope, to pick up various new topics, run them autonomously until we hire dedicated PM.

You'll be at the forefront of project management transformation, serving as the connective tissue between Upstatement's craft, business performance, and client experience. This remote position focuses on optimizing creative excellence through thoughtful project management while building strategic and relationship skills for your future engagement leadership role. Lead multiple projects, own processes, build client relationships, and mentor team members.
