As a Principal Service Designer, you'll define the service architecture, member experience, and interaction patterns that help families stay connected across generations for Life360’s Aging Parents initiative. This role involves weaving together physical, digital, and emotional touchpoints, and using AI-accelerated workflows to create experiences that scale.

Lead product design for a new generation of AI customization and deployment tools. Design intuitive flows that make it easy for users to describe tasks, adapt models, and visualize results. Work closely with Product and ML teams to shape experiences that feel like building with AI rather than configuring systems.
