Own product work end to end, from problem definition to launch and iteration.
Use AI tools to prototype and make decisions faster, guiding structure, behavior, and UX quality.

Team & Collaboration:

Work with a multidisciplinary design team including UX, research, brand, marketing, video, and motion.
Partner with engineering, product, data science, operations, and sales, and participate in studio critiques without ego.

Qualifications:

Bring 7+ years of UX and product design experience with fluency in research and quantitative data.
Show strong systemic thinking, a bias towards action, and comfort with ambiguity and complex problems.
