Senior Product Designer

About the Role:

• Lead design initiatives within behavioral health and absence management experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create compelling human-centered experiences.
• Shape the design and user research processes within a new AI-native product design group.

What You'll Do:

• Own initiatives from discovery through execution, including research, prototyping, and shipping.
• Champion user research and data-driven decision making.
• Use AI tools to extend craft and reduce time from insight to user outcome.

What We're Looking For:

• Demonstrated ability to own experience design end-to-end.
• Strong core UX skills and experience in complex product domains.
• Real fluency with AI as a working tool and familiarity with LLM capabilities.
