We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Product team to build a greenfield product from the ground up, turning complex conversational AI workflows into a simple, intuitive first-touch experience.

Solve complex problems through design, leveraging UX research. You will collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to create visually refined experiences aligned with user workflows and goals, conducting research, designing interfaces, and maintaining design quality.

In this role as Senior Product Designer, you will develop innovative design solutions and world-class product experiences that transform how people work around the world. You will drive user experiences from concept to delivery based on in-depth comprehension of user needs and design principles. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define and implement conversation strategies. Use data, user research, and testing to iterate and improve conversations over time.

As a member of the UX Research team at Docker, you will partner with Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineers and our community to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for us to explore. You will plan and conduct exploratory, generative, and evaluative user research. Communicate insights and recommendations in a consumable, engaging way using artifacts such as reports, journey maps, and personas. Advocate for user needs throughout the product development process.

The Lead Designer in our Authoring team is focused on delivering exceptional design craft and driving multiple workstreams autonomously. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of the survey creation and respondent flows in SurveyMonkey platform, ensuring design solutions meet both end-to-end user needs and business objectives.
