Supplier’s relationship management from operation set-up (supplier onboarding and engagement) to actual service scheduling. Resource planning and allocation according to service types, inspectors’ expertise, and transport cost optimization.

Review and follow up assigned Key Accounts (clients) for Softline goods. Implement, execute, and measure Key Performance Indicators to drive projects and ensure timing delivery and reliability of QC results. Planning and conducting RSPO SCC audits for various organizations within the palm oil supply chain. Assessing compliance with RSPO SCC standards and identifying areas of non-compliance. Performing risk assessments and evaluating the effectiveness of internal control systems.

Act as a fully qualified Lead Auditor with practical experience in the FSSC 22000 scheme. Prepare and execute audit plan, including sampling, process trails and traceability (mass balance when applicable). Evaluate compliance with ISO 22000, applicable PRPs and FSSC Additional Requirements.
