Develop engaging experiences for our many iOS users, design and implement a scalable app, integrating it into an evolving unified product and system. Brainstorm and evaluate new product features in collaboration with the product and UX teams. Collaborate and pair with other developers to develop solutions and teach technical skills.
This person will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for both our developers and users, driving improvements in our infrastructure, the development lifecycle, automating tasks, and taking our development tools to the next level with AI. You will architect and build scalable, highly available systems alongside our infrastructure team that serve millions of daily users.
Identify and secure business opportunities, managing the entire new business sales cycle. Respond to and qualify inbound leads, working with marketing to build target prospect lists. Attend industry events to network and generate opportunities, build media agency engagement strategies, and iterate outbound sequences for high conversion rates. Educate prospects about the platform and refine the sales process, while also sharing insights with the team to help everyone win.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility leadership role focused on acquiring and activating millions of users across TeamSnap’s free and paid consumer products. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of growth initiatives across the entire funnel — from awareness and acquisition to activation, engagement, and subscription conversion. You’ll work closely with Product, Lifecycle, and Product Marketing, as well as Data and Engineering teams, to identify growth levers, run experiments, and scale what works.
As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers embarking on their TeamSnap journey. You’ll guide them through the onboarding process with skill and enthusiasm, ensuring customers are set up for success and excited about unlocking the full potential of TeamSnap applications.
