This role is part of our Product Design team that uses their superpower of empathizing, understanding, and applying our users’ and customers’ needs, with the mission to created product experiences they love. The role will directly manage, mentor and develop designers on the team, drive the UX vision and execution of a platform that produces a product line to revolutionize workplace productivity and analytics solutions.

Join our team as an Experience Designer and contribute to digital product creation, partnering with various teams to deliver high-quality UX designs. You will use Design Thinking and UX Methodologies to solve problems, leveraging the design system to ensure a consistent experience and informing design decisions with data.

As the first dedicated UX Designer, you’ll play a key role in defining how educators navigate and use Doowii's platform. You’ll lead the design of clear, intuitive interfaces that make working with data easier and more effective for users across K–12 and Higher Ed. You will lead design for user-centered experiences for web and mobile platforms and collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand user needs.

Working with a Digital Design team, this role requires using UX design best practices to deliver a human-centered and engaging user experience that promotes the brand’s values, products and services and lead to increased usage and conversion via digital channels. As a UX Designer, you’ll provide a consistent and intuitive user experience of our clients’ products across a variety of sectors, aiming to deliver the best experience and create easy-to use, high-performing digital products.
