Directly manage, mentor and develop designers on the team. Drive the UX vision and execution of a platform that produces a product line to revolutionize workplace productivity and analytics solutions for some of the largest companies in the world. Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, user research, engineering and content from strategic definition, planning, architecture, through tactical execution of the product roadmaps.

Grow and mentor a team of researchers and supporting research roles, ensuring quality and consistency of delivery for the team. Guide researchers on the design and execution of generative, formative, and summative research to support product design and development. Partner with Product Management Leadership to influence the portfolio strategy and roadmaps with validated user research findings. Expect to travel up to 20% of the year.
