Lead the post-sale customer journey for a portfolio of our largest Enterprise customer, with a focus on driving measurable business results, product adoption, and long-term retention. Partner closely with engineering and business stakeholders to align execution to customer goals and ensure CoLab becomes integral to customers’ workflows. This is a growth-oriented role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, technical environments.

As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our most complex, global Aerospace & Defense customers. You will lead the post-sale customer journey, driving business transformation and ensuring customers effectively adopt CoLab to achieve measurable ROI. In-person customer engagement is a key part of this role’s success.

Own marketing-sourced pipeline and scale our demand function into the next stage of growth. You’ll step in as the leader of an existing team with a mandate to evolve what’s working today into a mature, scalable demand engine and build the capabilities to support an increasingly complex sales machine. Your job is to own the portfolio of channels, allocate resources, and make clear bets that maximize pipeline, conversion rates, and CAC efficiency.

This is a new, hands-on role designed to bridge a critical gap between mechanical engineering domain expertise and how our ML-powered evaluation tools operate. You’ll be the go-to Mechanical Engineer helping the team validate and improve AutoReview — our internal system that uses AI to classify and assess mechanical designs at scale.

As a Front-End Developer on our Build Reviews Team, you’ll bring modern, user-focused front-end skills to an evolving platform used by global engineering teams. You’ll work with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to build responsive, performant, and accessible UI experiences — helping CoLab users engage with complex data and workflows in simple, intuitive ways.
