CoLab

We’re hiring a US-based Senior Developer to support CoLab’s Connect Build team, focusing on building and troubleshooting PLM integrations within both our commercial and Public Sector environments. This role is part developer, part problem solver, and part technical liaison. You’ll work closely with our Connect Team, to support a variety of PLM integrations under the Public Sector. You’ll work directly with internal stakeholders to triage issues, deliver fixes, identify vulnerabilities, and make sure things work the way they should, for customers and our internal teams.

Interpret complex customer problems and requirements, and collaborate within a Product team to build valuable solutions. Design and plan new product features based on requirements and UI/UX designs. Implement improvements to development tools and processes, participating in code reviews to deliver high-quality software. Champion the user experience and contribute to the product vision, mentoring junior developers.
