As a Senior Back End Developer, you will be a technology advocate and mentor within your team. You will understand complex customer problems and build solutions that add value. You will develop, test, and ship critical user-facing features regularly.
Work at the intersection of high-scale software and real-world AI applications, building features and infrastructure that integrate deeply with large language models (LLMs) and ML systems. Own end-to-end delivery, from building the backend APIs and vector search pipelines, to shaping and optimizing the frontend UI that engineers rely on every day. Build and maintain user-facing features and APIs that integrate LLM and ML capabilities.
Shape the requirements for new product features, guide the Enterprise team projects to ensure desired outcomes, and work with product marketing and success to launch finished features to customers. This job is to bring structure and strategic direction to your team by balancing specificity of large customer asks with long-term platform value; defining what gets built (and why), and ensuring our biggest customers are successful.
