Drive the planning and execution of strategic initiatives across Engineering, working closely with leadership to turn ideas into scalable systems. Design and execute programs to enable and expand AI adoption for coding assistance and in-product features. Partner with our Strategic Operations team to improve core processes like planning cycles and incident management to help Engineering execute effectively and adapt with scale.

As an Engineering Intern, you’ll join a team that aligns with your goals and interests. During the interview process, you’ll have the opportunity to talk through the various team openings. You’ll be receiving mentorship from experienced engineers, writing TypeScript and/or Haskell code, and contributing to a product that serves over 100,000 businesses.

We're looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Learning & Development Specialist to join our Enablement team—comprising Quality Control (QC) and Learning & Development (L&D)—to drive scalable training and knowledge initiatives for both business and personal banking operations. This role will focus on creating structured learning experiences rooted in instructional design theory, while also ensuring consistent and high-quality training across internal teams and BPO partners.
