This role is responsible for increasing awareness of Mercury through bold, culturally resonant activations and campaigns that reach mass audiences. You’ll craft brand strategy, architect creative campaigns, and measure the brand lift and awareness they drive. You will also be pushing creative boundaries while reinforcing Mercury’s reputation for quality and sophistication.
The Risk Onboarding team is the front line of defense for preventing money laundering and financial crimes, building systems to verify that someone is who they say they are and that we are allowed to do business with them.

We're looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Learning & Development Specialist to join our Enablement team to drive scalable training and knowledge initiatives for both business and personal banking operations. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end learning program design, creating and tracking learning KPIs, as well as the curation and management of knowledge critical to risk-based processes. The ideal candidate has a passion for enabling others.
Build and scale a Python API service that enables Mercury's financial platform capabilities. Create and maintain comprehensive API documentation to enable frictionless integrations for internal teams and external partners. Optimize data schemas and queries to support growing transaction volumes and client scale. Develop intelligent data categorization pipelines for automated transaction tagging and enrichment. Champion the API consumer experience by gathering feedback, defining integration standards and evolving our documentation and tooling accordingly.
An Internal Audit Lead is needed to expand the Internal Audit function at Mercury and execute the audit plan, supporting internal and external audit teams and becoming a subject matter expert on Mercury’s operations and compliance obligations. The role involves ensuring coverage of key financial processes and controls, scoping internal audits across Mercury products and operations, coaching team members, and assessing compliance with obligations.
