Translate complex legal and contractual concepts into clear, actionable guidance that enables informed decisions, encourages self-service from sales teams, and consistent contracting across sales motions.
Design and own the partner systems orchestration layer: Architect how partner-related systems work together across onboarding, enablement, deal collaboration, and incentives.
Translate partner program requirements into system logic: Convert complex partner rules and policies into deterministic, auditable workflows that govern partner eligibility, progression, and payout readiness.
Design automation with clear guardrails: Build workflows that balance rule-based logic, AI-assisted decisioning, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
Drive the vision, strategy, and execution across Webflow’s payment and subscription lifecycle management surfaces
Own and move critical business metrics, including activation, expansion, retention, and renewals
Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, user research, and GTM teams to deliver high-impact products from concept through launch and iteration
Design exceptional end-to-end early customer experiences based on qualitative and quantitative data to drive customer and business outcomes
Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on innovative concepts to validate hypotheses and drive in-product onboarding, activation and expansion
Partner with Product Management and Engineering to explore complex customer journeys and leverage emerging developments in AI to identify potential solutions
