Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the go-to-market systems stack (Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and related tools) to support sales, revenue, and partner motions.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of Salesforce developers, solution architects, admins, and business systems analysts.
- Partner closely with RevOps and go-to-market teams as the primary systems leader and strategic advisor.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in business systems, revenue systems, or go-to-market technology roles.
- 3+ years of people management experience, leading technical or cross-functional teams.
- Deep experience with Salesforce and adjacent GTM tools (e.g., Clari, Outreach, CPQ, marketing or partner systems).
