As HR Reporting Analyst, understand business needs including the processes, reporting and analytics required for end-to-end business solutions. Responsible for building strong collaborative relationships, understanding business processes, documenting requirements, and coordinating communication among various business groups. The People Analytics Team is focused on leveraging data to uncover insights to make Plaid the best place to work. You will help create the vision and build the future of Plaidβs People reporting & analysis foundation. This role will be responsible for identifying business needs, understanding current state systems, constructing actionable reporting, and building analyses to inform business & people decisions.
Is responsible for the preparation of standardized reports based on raw data from different countries, in accordance with the process and guidelines. Reviews and analyses actual/forecasts against targeted performances and prepares gap analyses. Monitors risks and trends. Prepares operating budgets based on previous budget figures, estimated revenue / workforce. Produces reports for regional and corporate management as requested.
