Altisource Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, People Solutions to oversee the development and implementation of robust analytics frameworks to generate actionable insights on workforce trends, employee engagement, retention, and diversity. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for enhancing recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and other HR initiatives.
The People Analytics Team is focused on leveraging data to uncover insights to make Plaid the best place to work. You will help create the vision and build the future of Plaid’s People reporting & analysis foundation. This role will be responsible for identifying business needs, understanding current state systems, constructing actionable reporting, and building analyses to inform business & people decisions.
Own daily administration of the LMS, including user group structures, complex assignment logic, troubleshooting, and system permissions. Manage enterprise-level training assignments, including dynamic rules and automated workflows. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, completion tracking, and compliance alignment. Lead quarterly and annual reviews of training programs to measure completion, effectiveness, and engagement. Respond to timely leadership and regulatory reporting needs with curated insights.
