We are looking for an AI Learning & Talent Intelligence Specialist to join our AI-First Learning department, who will design and implement AI-powered learning solutions, leverage talent intelligence analytics to inform workforce strategies, and deliver measurable business impact to accelerate organizational learning and AI adoption across Xsolla.

As a Talent Scientist, you'll drive talent analytics, conduct behavioral interviews, and build relationships with global stakeholders to improve hiring processes. This role focuses on the science of talent, not recruiting, to help the business select the best talent from a global pool, ensuring objective and efficient talent selection.

This role involves learning how to implement hiring strategies that result in high performance outcomes of people and contribute to leading the talent agenda. The suitable candidate will bring an analytical mindset with a high level of curiosity to integrate data to draw insights and outcomes using SQL or Python. Great communication skills are key to ensure they stay on track with their hiring targets.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Operations Specialist to support the success of new hires across the Product team. This role is critical in driving an effective onboarding and training experience for new hires.
