- Co‑develop and execute a multi‑year People Analytics strategy.

- Partner to identify and automate high-value processes to drive scalability, quality, and efficiency.
- Lead the adoption of predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Strengthen data literacy across the organization.
Data Governance & Security:
- Establish and evolve data governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy, privacy, and compliance.
- Guide data quality standards, analytics best practices, and stewardship processes.
- Provide thought partnership on data architecture and data models.
Team Leadership & Partnership:
- Mentor a team of Data Analysts, developing their skills in analytics, data science, and automation.
- Build strong relationships across Arc’teryx and Amer Sports.
- Engage stakeholders to understand evolving priorities.
