ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Own, lead, and evolve the analytics function across product, marketing, and business performance.
  • Define how success is measured, enforce metric discipline, and drive decision-making with clarity.
  • Lead by example, set standards for analytical excellence, and push the team to operate at a high-performance level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build, maintain, and evolve executive-level dashboards used for real decision-making.
  • Perform deep user behavior analysis, funnel analysis, retention analysis.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership to align data with strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, including leading or mentoring analysts.
  • Strong background in Product Analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to see both details and the big picture.
