The Corporate Counsel (Commercial) will report to the VP Assistant General Counsel (Commercial), providing legal support to the workplace customer and restaurant partner sales organizations. This includes contract drafting, review and negotiation, strategic advice and solutioning, contract form, playbook and training development, RFP support, and marketing copy review.
The Integrations & Technical Support Specialist at ezCater plays a crucial role within the Partner Solutions team, focusing on the onboarding and support of API integrations with restaurant brands and third-party vendors. This role provides technical training, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensures seamless connectivity in ezCater's food delivery network, while enhancing technical knowledge and allowing for cross-functional collaboration.
As the Director of Performance Marketing and SEO, you will own the strategy and hands-on work to power our B2C marketplace acquisition engine and support ambitious B2B lead gen outcomes across paid media, SEO, and AI engine optimization (AEO). You will be responsible for managing and optimizing a multi-million dollar media budget, using data and analytics to ensure that we are meeting and exceeding marketplace GMV and customer acquisition targets.

You’ll shape, guide, and support the development of effective change management strategies and plans to ensure the successful rollout and adoption of a wide-range of key initiatives on our People team roadmap.
