Lead ezCater’s in-house customer support organization, including Frontline, Escalations/Retention, Enterprise & Specialty Services teams. Responsible for day-to-day customer support execution, ensuring the team delivers a best-in-class customer experience and efficiency. Accountable for overall performance against SLAs and key operational metrics.
Define, measure, and continuously improve what a “healthy” ezCater supply network looks like. Own the integrity, accuracy, and strategic optimization of the restaurant network, ensuring every listing on the platform meets our standards for quality, compliance, and conversion potential. Modernize how ezCater monitors supply quality, identify gaps in supply and category coverage, drive our merchandising efforts forward and strengthen customer trust while enabling scalable, data-driven growth.
Translate company vision into medium- and long-term operational strategies, while keeping the fulfillment engine running at its best every single day. Chart the course for operational excellence by building and executing our long-term supply chain strategy. Steer all supply chain functions, including restaurant and delivery partnerships and support, and the optimization of our chain of custody framework.
