Drive an ambitious strategy to scale Redcare’s third-party marketplace across selected markets, strengthening its role as a key growth pillar. You will own the marketplace strategy, operational model, and commercial success. With full P&L responsibility and a team of 52 colleagues you'll oversee such areas as Marketplace, Business Development, and Customer Success to turn today’s early-stage setup into a high-performing platform business.
