As a member of the strategy leadership team, the SVP will help conceive and refine processes that enhance collaboration among strategy, analytics, media, scientific, creative, and account teams, to produce strategic recommendations that lead to significant business outcomes. As Decentraland contributors, they're looking for a Growth Lead to own the full funnel that brings new users into the metaverse and keeps them coming back. This role is focused on in-world user growth, not social media follower growth. Beyond ads, you’ll experiment with referral, affiliate, and ambassador programs, surface creative partnership opportunities, and double down on the growth strategies that prove effective.
