As a Business Development Manager, you are both a practitioner and a leader, thriving in curiosity and diving deep to understand client needs. You will create materials that bring Instrument’s story to life, shaping conversations, building trust, and turning opportunities into partnerships within the Product Studio.

Reporting to the CEO, the VP, Sales will be charged with developing and leading commercial strategy and execution and will have direct oversight of sales, corporate development, marketing, and customer success teams. The successful candidate will be an established commercial leader and is capable of scaling across the health system, provider, and hospital-at-home / post-acute care markets.

You'll act as the main leadership point of contact with responsibility for overall user and revenue growth in Argentina, bring together local and global teams across marketing, sales, product, content and finance to create and execute a cohesive multi-year growth strategy, and own the KPIs including MAUs and ARR.

As an International Expansion Manager, you will contribute to the design and execution of our global expansion roadmap. In this role, you will drive sourced revenue, cross-functional strategy, and enablement for Hightouch’s AdTech ecosystem partners, focusing on building deep partnerships with demand-side platforms (DSPs) and key data providers. You will develop strong relationships, activate partner sales teams, and run joint sales campaigns to generate referrals and accelerate pipeline for Hightouch. This role requires high levels of agency, hunger, and creativity to influence external stakeholders.

Responsible for driving new customer acquisitions with Regional Hospitals, Health Systems, and IDN’s and will also work with Customer Success/Account Management to cross sell Casechek’s Payment solution. The RVP will own the strategy and development of new customer relationships in generating incremental contracted revenue in the given territory in a highly collaborative environment.

This role involves building relationships across the target customer base and positioning their unmanned inspection services. The ideal candidate has experience in offshore oil & gas or submarine cables and a willingness to learn and build connections. This role is based in either Austin, TX (Preferred) or Los Angeles, CA; remote may be considered.
