About the Role:
- This is a senior strategic role working directly with the GM of Care Partnerships.
- You will own initiatives that define the future of integrated care and how Headway supports health systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build business cases, define success criteria, and shape the roadmap for high-impact partnerships.
- Run operating cadences, surface risks early, and keep cross-functional partners accountable.
- Use data to size opportunities and pinpoint where Care Partnerships should invest next.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years in healthcare with experience in strategy, operations, or sales.
- Strong execution skills, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
- Ability to build credibility with stakeholders from frontline teams to executive leadership.
