The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in healthcare, with expertise and extensive experience in talent practices and needs in the sector.

Responsible for relationship management and scaling our partnerships with health plans and other strategic network partners. Requires a background in complex, matrixed relationship management focused on scaling business growth through identifying new partnership opportunities that drive mutual value. Collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem are central to Alma’s mission.

Lead the Future of Healthcare Data Partnerships as the Director of Business Development. You will be the driving force behind expanding our relationships with leading life science organizations and accelerating the use of our data and analytics solutions. You will shape the commercialization strategy for our exclusive real-world data network, directly improving patient care and drug development.
