As a Global Buyer you’ll play a key role in driving the growth of our Asia Team. Based in Bangkok, in Thailand, you’ll source and negotiate exclusive hotel deals for our members, delivering top-quality travel experiences and strong business results. Lead the sourcing and negotiation of exclusive promotional campaigns with hotels across Thaïland to meet revenue targets and grow our portfolio.

The Partner Development Manager will lead strategic partnerships with leading enterprises, system integrators, and technology providers, co-creating AI-driven solutions that address the region’s unique challenges and opportunities in the Middle East. This role involves defining and executing Cohere’s partner-go-to-market plan, identifying and recruiting high-impact partners, and leading partner onboarding and enablement programs.

Reporting to the VP, Marketing & Business Development, you'll be responsible for the development, implementation and management of the business development strategies for OTIP and Orbits group business. This leader will manage a high performing business development team; curate key stakeholder relationships and deliver organic growth to the Orbit and OTIP broker sales teams. Responsible for leveraging intelligence gained through their partner relationships, develop, monitor and execute campaigns.

As a Strategic Partnership Leader, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing partnerships that can help us assemble solutions for businesses and individuals. These partnerships may include partnerships with emerging crypto projects, fintech companies, or traditional financial institutions.

The Business Development Manager will drive new business, increase Daniels' client base, and strategically grow the business. They will own a customer portfolio, build relationships with stakeholders, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure targets and satisfaction levels are met by understanding customer departments and committees.
