The Director, Corporate Alliance is responsible for managing the Corporate Alliance team, supporting employer partnership relationships, and sustaining and improving the overall Corporate Alliance contribution each cohort. This role involves developing strategies for Corporate Alliance Managers, overseeing performance management, and ensuring partner requisitions are filled promptly. The director will proactively identify partner expectations and communicate them to Career Services stakeholders.
