As a Builder Regional Manager, Europe, you will help grow Base’s global footprint by driving Base’s adoption in Europe. You’ll recruit and manage a team of Country Leads in Europe, be the primary ambassador for Base in your home country, and incubate and grow the European Base community. You will also run scrappy growth initiatives to onboard developers and users and design and execute builder GTM strategies and programs.

Build and execute a successful business development strategy for our global partners, specific to the banks, financial institutions, big tech companies, leading crypto exchanges, and DeFi protocols. Deliver the best possible experience to our external partners and internal stakeholders by defining, measuring, and exceeding key service level metrics. Take ownership from stablecoin partner onboarding and account management to competitive research and community engagement.
